Daylight photo packages are based on the square footage of the condo or single family home:

• Up to 2000 sf = $300

• Up to 2500 sf = $350

• Up to 3000 sf = $400

• Up to 3500 sf = $450

• Up to 4000 sf = $500

• Up to 4500 sf = $550

• Up to 5000 sf = $600

• Over 5000 sf (call for quote)
   

• 20-60 high definition photos

• 2 sets of photo files delivered electronically:
  * large format for printing, 
     the MLS and other
     internet sites 
  *small format suitable for
     emailing

Twilight Photos 

(Exterior)

Twilight photos, with their strong colors and great lighting, are going to stand out a whole lot more when competing against other homes in the same area.

​

Twilight photo shoots require a return trip later in the day at dusk.

​

• Cost for 3-8 photos taken around dusk up until darkness = $200 (if added on to a daylight package)
   

• Cost = $250 (if booked as an individual photo service)

Drone aerial real estate photography adds a special perspective to a property.

 

For aerial photography, we
are licensed and certified by
the FAA to operate a drone commercially. 
 

• Cost for 4-8 aerial photographs = $150
  (if added on to a daylight package)
   

• Cost = $250 (if booked as an individual service)
   
  (There may be drone flying restrictions in some areas.)

Virtual Tours 

​

Virtual tours have been shown to attract more views and generate more leads than text and still images alone.

​

• Cost = $30 and includes both branded and unbranded tours

​

For an additional fee, for vacant homes (or homes with limited furnishings), we also offer an additional service:

 

• We will take 1 to 5 still photos of empty rooms and using specialized software, virtually stage the photographs.

• Then we will provide the virtually furnished photos for 1 to 5 rooms. 

• Virtually staged photos create much more interest because they add  excitement to what is otherwise a vacant set of rooms.
   

• Cost = $40 per staged photo/room
