With 13 years' experience, we have photographed over 1000 homes, condos and lots.  It has been proven that great photography helps sell or rent homes.  Our business is exclusively residential real estate, serving Realtors® and Airbnb owners.  We don't shoot weddings, portraits, graduations, events or babies - just real estate.  

 

Our services include:  Daylight photos (interior and exterior), drone aerial photos (we are FAA certified), twilight photos (dusk to dark), virtual staging (for vacant and partially vacant homes) and virtual tours (branded and unbranded).

When you list or rent a home, you want professional photos available quickly for your marketing.  We offer a quick turnaround in 24-48 hours to receive your finished photos.

After we edit the photos (we never outsource editing), you can proof them before you pay and then make payment online.  We make it easy for you.

The high quality of our photos comes from the many hours we spend in post processing.  We start by taking 150-300 photographs, (from 6-12 shots per room).  Then we import our photos into Adobe Lightroom, select the shots we need, and import them into Adobe Photoshop.  We utilize our custom preset photo enhancements, then blend natural light photos with flash photos, then blend in window shots.  Each finished photograph is custom created to develop the best photos possible.  It is a painstaking process, but our quality standards are high in order to meet the needs of our real estate clients.

We offer reasonably priced real estate photo packages (based on the square footage of the property) and actual services provided.  Also, we never charge a mileage fee (for photo shoots in the Coachella Valley).
